Tully Hill saved my life. Everyone..from the counselors to the staff, were professional and caring in aiding my recovery. The patients, who come from all walks of life, reached out from the moment I arrived and made me feel like this is where I am meant to be. I would recommend the facility to anyone who wants a fighting chance to get their life back from the bondage of addiction.

I was very very sick going in to Tully. A majority of the staff was amazing. They helped me through a very low point in my life. Tully gave me the spring board to piece my life back together. I didn’t know it at the time, but they laid the foundation for a strong recovery. If you go in with an open mind you CAN get well. While my overall experience was good, there are some things that really need to be addressed which is why my review is 4 not 5 stars. The food and dietary plan was terrible. I have a special diet and had to fight to get appropriate nutrition. The fact that you’re scolded if you speak with someone of the opposite sex is really outdated and inneffective (gender identites are evolving and yet this antiquated rule exists) and the schedule was very difficult to adhere to. I was given a strong sleep aide at 8 - 8:30 then required to stay up another hour/hour and a half. Despite these stumbling blocks, Tully saved my life and I would recommend anyone who is truly ready to seek help come to this facility.

Recently got discharged from here and enjoyed in very much, the staff is all friendly besides Jerry Kessler, he is very judgmental and makes jokes about patients. He came into the Great Room while we were having a group come in and share their experience and made them leave because of snack time, while patients were still asking questions. Nobody wanted snack after his actions of embarrassing us and Tully Hill. Furthermore, I went into his office to do a phone call and Jerry asked me who I had to call at 9 p.m and I replied my parents. It took him roughly five minutes to determine if my call should be granted.

This place will save ANYONE"S life who is willing to make an effort.

This was the best decision ever! I feel that I used this experience to save my life 18 months ago, and it is with no small amount of trepidation that I put my name out there, but I am seeing this might be of service to others who are contemplating a decision to do likewise. The Tully experience was exactly what was needed and I haven't a moment of regret. The review of the facility should be made by the customer it serves and outsiders need to realize that a patient becomes immersed in life-changing therapy to the exclusion of all other outside influences. No matter how well-intentioned, outsiders need to stand back, join support groups, send hand-written correspondence which is becoming increasingly rare, and much appreciated. The patient is best served by solitude and self-reflection and everyone who is truly loving and supportive will be there when their loved one returns from in-patient. For me, it is no longer an embarrassment that I asked for help and I realize that I can help others along the way. Tully Hill afforded me that insight. Rehab = recovery plain and simple.

A transformative experience. Excellent, caring, and knowledgeable staff. I spent 26 days at Tully Hill and was discharged yesterday. NO REGRETS!
