Had a great experience there .The staff is very knowledge on addiction, especially "the neck"
Compared to 410, this place is wonderful. There are a few things that I think, if changed, would drastically improve Conifer Park. The very small waiting room is almost always overcrowded, but I've heard that they're expanding that soon? Having two dosing windows would make quite a difference in time it takes to receive medication. Especially when considering the long wait for the people taking suboxone. Besides that, the staff is top-notch..def wayyyyy nicer and more respectful than 410.
Great place. Waiting room is a bit too small but the staff is great
I am from bufflo, ny and have been in many treatment facilities. Conifer park was very good. Nicest staff I ever encountered. And yes the first couple days always suck getting use to all of the groups but believe me the time wil fly and you will get a lot out of the program!
Its not really their fault if your insurance company doesn't answer or won't approve it they aren't gonna let you stay there for free, you could pay outta pocket if you don't wanna sit all day and wait for the insurance company to get back to you. I know it sucks I had to do the same thing at Tully Hill, pretty much no matter where you go that will happen it all depends on your insurance. Try planning ahead and calling your insurance company yourself before the date you/ son has to actually go in.
